I was reading my Bible the other day and I was reading about after Moses was walking and talking with God on Sinai and God gave Moses the directions for the temple. I really enjoyed reading about the Mercy Seat. What a wonderful thing that Mercy Seat is!
Exodus 25:22
And there I will meet with thee, and I will commune with thee from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubims which are upon the ark of the testimony, of all things which I will give thee in commandment unto the children of Israel.
The Mercy Seat is where we can meet with God and He can take away our sins! HALLELUJAH!
Where everything is unknown
I face the power of sin on my own
I did not know of a place I could go
Where I could find a way to
Heal my wounded soul. He said that I could come into
His presence without fear
Into the holy place where
His mercy hovers near
I’m runnin’ I’m runnin’
I’m runnin’ to the mercy seat
Where Jesus is callin’ he said
His grace would cover me
His blood will flow freely
It will provide the healin’
Come runnin’ to the mercy seat
I’m runnin; to the mercy seat.
Are you livin’ where hope has not been?
You’re lost in the curse of a
Lifetime of sin
Lovely illusions they never
Come true I know where there’s a place
Of mercy for you
He said that you could come into his
Presence without fear
Into this holy place
Where his presence hovers near.
Come runnin’ come runnin’
Come runnin’ to the mercy seat
Where Jesus is callin’ he said his
Grace would cover you. His blood
Will flow freely it will provide the healin’
Come runnin’ to the mercy seat
I’m runnin’ to the mercy seat
He said that you could come into his presence
Without fear into the holy place
Where his mercy hovers near
I am going to make sure that everyday along with my Bible reading and prayer time that I have a time set aside to run to the Mercy Seat to be with Him.
Thank you Lord for your Mercy Seat!

Amen Amanda. We *so* need the Mercy Seat. Our Lord paid a high price for that, and we need to know just how precious it is.
Praise the LORD for His grace and cleansing and healing blood.
Love, Mama

Hello My Young Lady Friend,
Yes, I too think that it would be totally awesome if we lived closer. Then you and Jocelyn could of joined Sarah and Anna in the photo shoot. I told Jordan that I wish that she would of been in the picture with Sarah, then I would of used that as our Christmas Cards. Anyways, thank you and your dear family for all of the prayers. I’m not where I need to be, but I’m better than I was.
Love to you all,
Mrs. Lirette

PRAISE GOD!! I am so thankful for the `Mercy Seat`. I Love this song.
My own righteousness is as filthy rags.
There was a song a played when I was saved. Not sure of the exact title or who sang it. But, it talks about `I believe in Miracles, because I’m a miracle myself`.
Our ladies Bible Study did Beth Moore’s book `A Woman’s Heart: God’s Dwelling Place`. It’s based on Exodus, AWESOME!
Love Ya,
Mrs. Michelle@JourneyHome
