Yesterday was the day. Karla came and got the Girls. Estrella gave her more trouble than Dulcy which was very surprising. Dulcy has been the ornery one lately, so I thought for sure it would be her, if either of them, to give Karla some trouble.
We took them both out at the same time, Karla had Dulcy and I had Estrella. Karla took Dulcy to the trailer and had a bit of trouble getting her in, I think. I couldn’t tell because I was busy trying to keep Estrella from rearing,
bucking and kicking me. She wanted to get away and run. I almost lost her a couple of times, but I think I los
t some of my fear of horses when they are acting like that. I kept on her til she quit for awhile. They got Dulcy in and then Karla came to get Estrella.

Well Estrella tried to pull that stuff with Karla and Karla just lunged her right there in the driveway.
She kicked Karla though and she
lost her. Estrella then ran back into the pasture and it took about 10 min. to get her. She wanted Dulcy and kept nickering for her.
Anyway… we finally got her and she loaded into the trailer fine. So they are gone now. At a wonderful 300 acre horse farm with 8 other horses.
I called Karla last nite and she said the Girls were so happy to have a huge area to go into. They got out of the trailer fine and had so much fun running around.
I am happy and relieved!
I can visit them if I want since she is about 10min away.
Anyway… there is some good news…
But there is bad news too…
Cal-Eb was taken to the hospital this morning. He had a 106.1 fever and Mom was worried about him.
They did some tests and Mom said he was so good. He was scared of the nurses and doctors, but he did so well for them. Such a Sweetie!
They diagnosed him with influenza which can be really fatal in toddlers and infants, so it was really good they took him in.
They gave him some medicine and he was able to rest. Along with Mom, Jocelyn and LillieGirl. But we had a hard time keeping his fever down today! It went back up to about 105.
Please pray for us still. We NEED to get rid of this bug that has plagued us twice now this year! It has really hit us hard.
I am also trying to not get it. Was feeling really bad this morning, but much better now. I have a hard cough and it is giving me a headache. Please pray I don’t totally come down with it. Ugh!
Thank you all! I know I can count on your prayers!
Take care and have a SUPER week!
Love, Blessings and Prayers As Always,

Thanks for stopping by “Daily” at the “Planet”!!

I’m so glad he’s back home and on the mend– I’ll still be praying though! And praying that it doesn’t spread to the rest of y’all.
By the way, the SNOW is beautiful!!! I actually mowed the lawn today… it was sunny and in the 60s. I’d rather have snow.

Hey!
I loved reading the story about the horses. Did you have to sell them?
I’m having a great time in La. But everyone is sick, so please be praying for us.
I’m glad you liked the template. Have you seen the movie?
I did get the e-mail. I think I did it right. Well, I hope I did it right, cuz today is the 28th. lol!
Been praying for Caleb! I hope he is doing better.
Have a blessed day,
Sarah

Hahaha!!! Sorry, it’s not funny that you had to give “the Girls” away but those pictures were great! From the pics, I can see that one of them was being ornery.
She kicked Karla? Is she ok?
I’m so sorry to hear about Cal-Eb! I told my family about what had happened and we were all worried about him! I’m be praying for him and ya’ll! Is he any better?
And I’ll be praying for you that you don’t totally come down with something. Being sick is not fun!
Well, hope you have a wonderfully blessed day! I’m praying for ya’ll!
lots of hugs,
Jordan Lee

Hey Miss Amanda-
I will definitely be praying for all of you. I added you all to my prayer blog. I think I’m getting a cold because this guy at church hugged me and then told me afterwards that he had a cold (thanks). I have had a stuffy nose and a cough for about 4 days but nothing else. I don’t think it will get any worse (I hope).
I am so glad the s are happy. That is wonderful you visit them whenever you want.
Have a great week and God bless!
Love, Miss Elizabeth
