Last spring I found a new love… flowers. I LOVE flowers! Absolutely love to watch them from bud to bloom. They are so beautiful and I just love them.
I have been so waiting for spring so that the flowers outside in the beds will bloom. Some of them have but I have gotten impatient waiting for them to bloom… Indiana weather is CRAZY! We had almost 80’s on Saturday and then low 30’s on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Today warmed up a bit, but I am looking forward to Friday cause its supposed to be 81! Yippee! So needless to say with that weather pattern the flowers haven’t really bloomed too much.
So when I went to the store last week, I saw these BEAUTIFUL flowers and just had to buy them…
When I went to the store on Tuesday, I found some GORGEOUS raspberry roses….
Anyway… I just got a thing for flowers… especially raspberry colored ones… They are one of my loves. There really isn’t a point to this besides sharing how much I love love love flowers…
In awe of the awesomeness of God,

Now I can smile when I hear that song and think of you! I have HATED that song since it came out. When it first came out and was on the radio ad nauseum, I was around 3rd grade and when I would go to my Dad’s to visit on weekends, my stepsister would have her Barbie be Delta Dawn and she would be a pop star and that was the only song she would sing! LOL Amanda Dawn is much better!
Love the roses. I think the others are Gerbera Daisies.

Those are beautiful! The weather here has also been a little crazy though probably not to the extreme you are experiencing in Indiana.
Blessings!

In a book we have “The American Girl’s Handybook” there is a little section on what different flowers mean… I found it very interesting.

You are so sweet Amanda. And PINK is definitely your color!
You are as beautiful as the flowers, and I think the photo would have been a welcome addition to these!

Hi Amanda~
I love how you re-did your blog, it’s beautiful. Are you done with superman now, or did yuo just need a color change?
I’ve never really cared for flowers, plants or gardening that much, until recently when I bought some cactus seeds on impulse, lol. Now I can’t wait to get more seeds and dirt.
Rose are beautiful! My favorite color of rose is pink, or maybe the blue ones. I guess it’s a tie.

Those flowers are sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo pretty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yesterday my family(excluding my dad who had to work,
) went to Wally-world so I can get a couple six-packs of flowers for my garden.
We went past some GORGEOUS, bright, orange Gerber Daisies, so we HAD to get them! I will post pics of my flower garden (after it is planted of course), the peach tree, and teh gerber daisies. Mean while enjoy Mom’s pics and post of our “southern” alzeas!

Hello, Amanda! I noticed your blog on Miss Jen’s. The flowers are very beautiful.
I want to encourage you. I appreciate your walk with the Lord and your dedication to Him. It touches my heart to find young ladies who are living their lives for God. Very inspiring! God bless you for serving Him with your whole heart.
I have four little grandchildren, and oh, how I wish they would be homeschooled. I am praying about it. I don’t want them to be spoiled by the world, especially with the culture we have today.
Again, God bless you and keep you. You’re a great young lady. God is faithful!
In Christ,
Andrea
