The Simple Woman’s Daybook Page 1

Published in The Simple Woman's Daybook

For Today… August 11, 2008

Outside my Window… The porch swing.

I am thinking… of all the errands I have to do today: send in my voter registration form, take library movies back, get a raspberry tea! Also that a special project I am working on will come together and everything will work out! Please pray for that project!

I am thankful for… the beautiful weather! Wish some of our flowers were in bloom! And that the gas prices have gone down a little bit!

From the kitchen… nothing. Although Rachel made chocolate chip pancakes earlier.

I am wearing… my White skirt, with my black SuperGirl 4ever shirt with some black
flats.

I am reading… Michael O’Halloran by Gene Stratton-Porter.

I am hoping… I find my heart earrings I got for my 18th birthday. This is the SECOND time I have lost them! and its been almost a month and half since I lost it! :(

I am hearing… Hanners putting in The Day After Tomorrow for Eric who stepped on a nail this morning and is couch ridden!

Around the house… Waiting on the cloth diapers to wash, so I can hang them out on the line. Everyone is catching up on work since all of our computers are now working again!

One of my favorite things
… a good run! I just love running and run every chance I get!

A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week… I need to make up a menu and grocery list for tomorrow. I have some library stuff due on different days this week. I need to choose a winner for The Infinite Day Review and Giveaway for Wednesday. You still have time to enter! Start my articles for GGM.

Here is a picture thought I am sharing with you

This is my new header for It’s A Learning Experience. I just whipped it up yesterday. I am pretty happy with it and am excited with the way it turned out! :) There is also a graphic you can grab to link back there too!

I love to have a good workout under by belt, it just changes the whole tone of my day – means I should start my day with my spiritual workout and my physical workout, days would be so pleasant my family just might wonder where I was taken? ;-)
