Hi Amanda,

Have lurked on your blog and your sister's blog for awhile and just happened on this post today - a bit late, I know! First of all, I think it's GREAT that your reaction to a sad situation like the one you saw was to say a prayer. Sometimes, that's all we can do - and ALWAYS, that's the best we can do! :)

The one I wanted to bring up was that I really hope you see God's plans in these seemingly bad situations. I was raised in a believing home but made some bad decisions as a teenager. When I was 17, unmarried and pregnant, I made the hard choice to keep and raise my daughter, and I really believe the Lord used my experiences to lead me back to faith. And I strive every day to be a loving mama to my own little SuperGirl and raise her in the Word too!

So keep in mind that while it certainly is hard and might seem unfair to see a believing, married couple struggle with infertility while a young unwed girl has a baby, I hope you can see that sometimes God has a bigger plan. Maybe He's positioning that married couple to adopt a special child later, and maybe He's putting that unwed girl on a path to come back to Him. I'm living proof that it CAN happen, and praise Him always that it did!

All blessings to you today!
